Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in luxury or design space.

  • Knowledge of the local Geneva and surrounding market.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional project teams.

Job Description

Join our team as Marketing Coordinator and become one of the authors of our story. The Marketing Coordinator will be key to maintaining The Woodward brand and elevating our storytelling. This role requires a foundational understanding of social media, an eye for design and an understanding of a luxury aesthetic. This role will maintain a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is a self‑starting team player who’s creative, innovative, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to implement the latest thinking in marketing, social media, and partnerships.

This role reports to Auberge’s Marketing Manager.

Social Media & PR
  • Works closely with the Auberge and The Woodward Marketing team to execute a social media strategy for The Woodward.
  • Responsible for the day‑to‑day social media management for The Woodward, Bar 37, L’Atelier and Le Jardinier accounts.
  • Daily posting on social media channels, works with Auberge Marketing + Social Media teams to review plans/copy/imagery.
  • Works alongside other key roles within the organization and guides on‑site property managers to generate content that aligns with the brand’s social media strategy, and speaks to a luxury consumer.
  • Support the PR agency with reservations + creation of itineraries for influencers and press visits.
Marketing Partnerships
  • Support Marketing leadership with the strategic implementation of creative and on‑brand partnerships designed to elevate the properties.
  • Coordinate partner deliverables, and support with marketing collateral creation.
Asset Management
  • Keep all marketing collateral and calendars up to date: Fact sheet, Property Guide, Promotional Calendar.
  • Digital Asset Management: Maintain and update photo and video library in accordance with our central process for the hotel.
Website
  • Responsible for the maintenance of website marketing materials, and other property updates.
  • Update new experiences and blog posts to the website; maintain calendars, activities, experiences, dining menus, and other events; review for accuracy on a consistent basis; promote key offers/events; seasonal content/imagery updates.
Marketing
  • Manage the print marketing material needs for each property, including food & beverage collateral, spa collateral, property collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the production of digital marketing creative asset development.

  • Strong understanding of a luxury brand and aesthetic.
  • Knowledge of the local Geneva and surrounding market.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and manage time efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross‑functional project teams.
  • Mobile and social media/community experience an asset.
