A leading IT recruitment agency is seeking a professional for a hybrid position in Casablanca. The role involves offering technical solutions in SAP, along with providing support and documentation for SAP system customization. The ideal candidate should have over five years of experience in IT or business administration and expertise in SAP ERP, particularly in finance and controlling sectors. A degree in a relevant field is required along with strong project management skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or business administration.
  • Expertise in SAP ERP with finance and/or controlling.
  • 2 full life cycle implementations in SAP.

Responsabilités

  • Offer technical solutions to business requirements via SAP.
  • Coach and support the training department.
  • Provide input to the planning process.

Poste Details

Poste based in: Casablanca

Working mode: Hybrid

Type of contract: Permanent contract

Starting: ASAP

Scope of the position
  • Offer technical solutions to fulfil and implement business requirements with standard methods in SAP
  • Realisation of SAP system customisation in one or more functional areas
  • Solve module specific problems as contact person for our internal customers
  • Provide functional descriptions and business process support to the development team
  • Understand user exits
  • Create business standard documentation of all new developments
  • Generate test runs for user acceptance test and assist user in executing test
  • Coach and assist the trainings department
  • Demonstrate flexibility and support for objectives / tasks of other IT organisations
  • Provide input to planning process
  • Knowledge transfer to Trainers, Subject Matter Experts and for external Consultants
  • Deliverables as assigned by stream lead
The Successful Professional Will
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration/management or a related field and at least five years of related experience OR a master’s degree in information technology, business administration/management with at least three years of related experience
  • Industry process knowledge preferred
  • SAP ERP expert configuration knowledge in the area of finance and/or controlling
  • 2 full life cycle implementations
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong experience in the functional business area controlling
  • Customer oriented behaviour and good communicational skills
  • Willing to cooperate closely with business and consulting partners; enjoy to work in a team
