We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee new builds, renovations, and expansion projects including co-living, resorts, and villas. This role involves developing schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with municipal and contractor requirements, and managing critical project timelines. The Construction Manager will supervise on-site progress, handle engineering maintenance, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. All project updates must be communicated with the Korea team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frequently visit the construction site to ensure the project is progressing as planned and to check for any issues or emergencies.
  • Develop Project schedule, budget estimates required to construct new buildings, relocations, expansions, remodeling, Interior projects.
  • Organization of all due diligence requirements regarding municipalities, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholder alignment, ensuring overall scope of work, timelines, documentation and communication.
  • Manage critical path construction schedule, solicit frequent updates and share status across the broader project teams.
  • Manage all engineering maintenance, repairs, and inspections regarding our on-going projects.
  • Identify efficiencies and saving opportunities (VE) on all projects while maintaining quality and scheduled completion dates.
  • All tasks must be communicated and reported to the Korea team.
Requirements

Job Specification:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Related majors (Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design)
  2. Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in architecture field (Preferred who has experience in hotel, resort construction)
  3. Experience in budget and schedule development, identifying critical timelines and thresholds incorporated into construction projects.
  4. Fluent and proficient communication in English or Korean, Indonesian.
  5. Technical savvy is required. Desired skill-sets include CAD, MS Office Application (Excel, PPT)

Preferred Qualification:

  1. Experience in space planning, concrete solutions to problems, and experience in Indonesian or Balinese projects.
  2. Experience in QS (Quantity Surveying) or specialized knowledge in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) fields.
  3. Experience with global projects, hotel, and mixed-use facility design.
  4. Strong sense of urgency and adaptability to changing business needs.
  5. Strong portfolio with relevant experience.
