THE ROLE

We are looking for a wonderful Conseiller / ère de vente in Paris. This person will create a unique and memorable experience for each client at all times. Combining a commercial orientation and a passion for the customer, the Sales Assistant is a relationship artist who contributes to the brand image and helps build retail leadership in the market.

YOUR CHALLENGE

ALOHAS Ambassador : The Sales Assistant embodies the values of the brand.

  • ALOHAS Insider: Has a solid knowledge of the brand, its story, sustainability impact, and know-how. Shares it with clients and the team.
  • Implements all training received, is curious to learn more to nourish a beauty culture and trend knowledge, and is proactive in self-learning.
  • Ensures that the work area is clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional at all times; knows and respects guidelines.

Experience creator : The Sales Assistant surpasses client expectations.

  • Creates a tailor-made client experience, personalized solutions for each visit and client, using the ALOHAS experience ritual and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Embraces digital shopping trends and actively contributes to delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Co-creates stories with and for clients, sharing brand culture and blending it with the client's personal story and the point of sale environment to create unique moments.
  • Helps clients develop their style and proposes alterations if needed.
  • Handles client service complaints and requests effectively and according to guidelines, managing complex and challenging situations.

Business driver : The Sales Assistant is performance-minded to achieve objectives.

  • Understands business challenges and contributes to growth by achieving sales targets.
  • Maintains operational knowledge to ensure smooth business running and reports to the Store Manager.
  • Monitors requests for after-sales service.

Team player : The Sales Assistant acts interdependently and demonstrates team spirit.

  • Has a positive attitude, communicates regularly with the team and manager, and upholds ethics and integrity.
  • Respects cultural differences and is eager to learn from them.
  • Shares best practices, is proactive, and contributes to collective knowledge and skills.
  • Ensures proper operation of the sales space as directed by Visual Merchandising.
  • Participates in stock replenishment and inventory.
