Job Overview

As a CSC L1 Controller, you will support the monitoring and management of satellite and ground systems within the Eutelsat fleet. You will work closely with L2 Controllers, Engineering, and other operational teams to ensure continuity and quality of services.

Key Responsibilities

• L1 Operations Support: Handle routine and moderately complex operational tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Customer Service Monitoring: Act as first point of contact for operational inquiries; provide initial support and escalate to L2 as needed.
• Service Performance Monitoring: Track and verify the operation of customer services across the satellite fleet; detect and escalate anomalies.
• Incident Management: Identify, document, and escalate operational incidents following established procedures.
• Data Coordination: Share relevant operational data within CSC and with other departments.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the Operational Database accurately.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Assist Sales, Planning, and Engineering teams with operational queries.

• Education: Degree in Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Experience: Medium-level experience in satellite communications operations.

This is a full-time, on-site position operating on a diurnal shift basis, within our dynamic Control Centre located at Paris-Rambouillet Teleport. You will be part of an international team dedicated to operational excellence in a critical and fast-evolving domain.
