A leading energy services company is seeking a Commissioning Technician (Process) to support onshore oil and gas projects. This role involves assisting in commissioning activities for process equipment, conducting tests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma and 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Job Purpose-
Support commissioning and start-up of process systems on the onshore oil & gas project. Work with the commissioning team to prepare, test, and hand over systems safely and on time.
Main Responsibilities-
· Assist in commissioning activities for process equipment (pumps, compressors, vessels, piping, utilities).
· Follow commissioning procedures and instructions from supervisors.
· Carry out tests, inspections, and functional checks.
· Report problems, support troubleshooting, and apply corrective actions when required.
· Record commissioning results and complete check sheets.
· Respect HSE rules and ensure safe working conditions at all times.
· Support punch list activities and system handover to operations.
Qualification-
· Iraqi nationals from Basra region.
· Technical diploma or equivalent in process, mechanical, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in oil & gas operations, maintenance, or commissioning.
· Basic knowledge of process systems (pumps, separators, compressors, etc.).
· Ability to read and follow instructions and technical documents.
· Good teamwork and communication skills.
· Strong commitment to safety.
