What We Are Looking For

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E. required) in Tennessee or transferable license
• Registered
• LEED AP is a plus (Not Required)
• 4+ years of experience in commercial site design and/or land development
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, permitting, and agency coordination
• Confident communicator who can interface with clients, agencies, and internal teams
