  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hogsalt, an American-based restaurant group, is hiring a dedicated and experienced Full Time Executive Chef to join our team in Paris! Situated in an historic building in the 1st arrondissement, La Renommée is seeking talented, professional, confident leaders who are ready to contribute to the growth of a new restaurant and staff.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for all things food and beverage.

Requirements :

  • Written and verbal fluency in French and English.
  • Must have the legal right to work in France.
  • Lead with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads in a multitasking environment.
  • Pay rigorous attention to quality by adhering to defined standards.
  • Guide and support teams.
  • Participate in the daily operations of the Back of House.
  • Work closely with the Front of House team to provide guests with a memorable experience.

Experience and Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef in full-service, high-volume restaurants.
  • Open availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to ongoing changes.
  • Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to identify and positively resolve issues.
  • Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees, and ownership.
  • Ability to maintain direct and effective communication with staff and customers.
