Chargé Opération et Relations Fournisseurs Véhicules Neufs

Based at our Shared Service Center in Schiltigheim (67), you will join the File Management Monitoring team. In this fixed-term contract, your missions will include:

• Managing operational cancellations of orders in the best interest of Ayvens, in backup with the reference for operations and relations with new vehicle suppliers.
• Managing, declaring, and monitoring vehicles eligible for ecological bonuses.
• Handling daily requests related to your area of expertise.
• Ensuring invoicing to clients or suppliers, related to order cancellations, bonuses, and collaborating with the sales management on ecological bonus topics.
• Participating in the development and updating of procedures and operational modes in your area.
• Maintaining organized and preserved documentation related to your scope.
• Actively contributing to achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the service.

Are you the one?

• Minimum BAC+2 education;
• Experience in the automotive sector is appreciated;
• You are curious with a strong listening ability;
• You have developed customer service and advisory skills;
• You are proficient with office tools (Outlook and Excel), and AS400 is a plus;
• You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• You are known for your rigor;
• You have ease in telephone communication and argumentative skills both written and oral.
