About this opportunity We are looking for a Sr. Customer Payment and Credit service specialist to manage credit risk and collections process – and be responsible for the outstanding invoices to our company and ensure timely payments by our customers. You will perform internal, as well as external, order to cash activities in order to provide operational/business support to external and internal customers for the company’s products and services. In this role, you will… Control outstanding and overdue receivables to minimize risk of non-receivable accounts Have daily contact with customers based on latest available Accounts Receivable aging list, with an objective to make sure proper actions for problem solving are taken by contacting right persons Support Financial Accountants in application/processing of customer payments by either bank transfer, credit card or check Pro-actively signal payment issues with debtors and follow up with them Coordinate follow up with external (legal) collection in line with procedure. Work on dedicated list of Dental clients making sure that portfolio is always up to date and in line with companies KPIs Work on solutions in close cooperation with Sales and Customer Service to ensure smooth customer experience Makes proposals for customers to be put on Credit Hold in line with Align’s terms & conditions Prepare and propose payment plans to customer and credit management In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) 4+ years of relevant experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills in local language Solid problem-solving skills To be detail oriented and accountable SAP and Excel, knowledge of Salesforce, BI would be beneficial Motivated to broaden your knowledge and experience in all aspects of Order to Cash Customer focused Sound like a good fit?
