The Sourcing Pool is an above-market procurement team of fifteen, handling sourcing demands and delivering procurement projects for EU C&P.

This role is part of a sub-team of five, delivering quality, accuracy, and timeliness across the full scope of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver sourcing projects for the CBUs, Business Categories, and other project initiators.
• Be category agnostic regarding commodities or services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.
• Maintain updated project briefs, roadmaps, and delivery trackers.
• Partner with project initiators, ensuring accountability remains with the business.
• Seek opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness (standardization, digital tools, automation).
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and seek career sponsors.

Agility:

Ensure the Sourcing Pool fulfills its mandate by being a flexible resource to the EU C&P team, absorbing sourcing demands, and adding value through market intelligence, sustainability, or innovation.

About You

Candidate criteria are indicative; different experience and skills may also be considered.

• Graduate or MSc (any discipline).
• Data rational and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; second EU language preferred.
• Proven high performance in societal, academic, or sporting contexts.
• Personal competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills, and strong team skills.
• Technical competencies: Data rationality, analytical mindset, coding/programming experience preferred.
