Une entreprise de luxe internationale, située à Paris, recherche un(e) India Affairs Project Manager pour développer des projets stratégiques visant à soutenir l'expansion en Inde et auprès de la diaspora. Le candidat idéal devra avoir une expérience dans l'industrie du luxe, de solides compétences analytiques, et maîtriser l'anglais. Le poste nécessite des interactions à l'international et la capacité de naviguer dans un environnement complexe.

Qualifications

  • 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du luxe.
  • Connaissance des clients de luxe et du business de luxe.
  • Capacité à naviguer dans un écosystème complexe.

Responsabilités

  • Développer des analyses et de l'intelligence économique sur la diaspora indienne.

INDIA AFFAIRS PROJECT MANAGER

CDD 1 an - October 2025

MAIN PURPOSE:

Created within the International Commercial Department, the India Affairs & Strategy Department is responsible for building the ambition for the development of India and Indians worldwide for the Maison and across the organization.

The department works in close collaboration with India and the Indian Diaspora countries at Cartier to build and support strategy and business development plans. The department is responsible for creating an ecosystem of influential network of external stake holders to foster the influence of Cartier in India and the key diaspora countries.

As part of the India Affairs department at the International HQ, reporting to the India Affairs & Strategy Director, the role will be responsible in building strategic insights, analyzing business opportunities to support the growth of the India market and develop Indians worldwide in Indian diaspora & travelers markets like US, UK, France, Singapore etc. and work in strong collaboration with markets and regions. This role will lead strategic business development projects and will support lobbying initiatives with key stakeholders in the policy making eco system in India and other countries.

The role will require strong analytical skills, a strong capacity to build strategic presentations and a capacity to lead strategic projects in a complex and transversal eco-system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop in-depth analysis and business intelligence on Indian diaspora and India opportunity, build quantitative and qualitative insights. Create intelligence reports on India & Indians WW inside Cartier.
  • Build sales and client data base, analysis & dashboards
  • Client database building & management of UHNWI, HNW Indians per market of Indians WW
  • Build client and business development action plans
  • Build strategic presentations on Opportunity & strategy for India affairs
  • Build presentations for strategic Seminars & conferences
  • Work in collaboration with international, regional and market teams
  • Plan and deploy lobbying initiatives in the policy making eco system
  • Build action plans working with the regions & market teams for retail network, communication & branding, events, products, client development, budget, retail initiatives etc.
  • Work on transversal action plans with internal teams: commercial, marketing & communication, merchandising, retail, VIP experience, events, patrimony etc.
  • Work in strong collaboration with India affairs managers

PROFILE SKILLS:

  • Work experience in the luxury industry: 5 years
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills
  • Successful track record of building strategic presentations.
  • Strategic and business-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge on India is an asset.
  • Good understanding of luxury clients and luxury business
  • University postgraduate/ Business School
  • International profile with an Indian cultural background is an asset
  • Knowledge of retail is an asset
  • Strong team spirit
  • A strong agile mindset with a capacity to adapt
  • Capacity to navigate a complex eco-system
  • Language: English fluent and written, French spoken will be an added value
