A global energy management company is seeking a Talent Attraction Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage a talent pool and collaborate with managers to recruit interns and apprentices, ensuring a 'best in class' candidate experience. Ideally, candidates graduated with a Master's in Human Resources and possess experience in high-volume recruiting environments. Strong communication skills in both English and French are necessary, alongside proficiency in key sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources.
• Experience in recruiting interns and/or apprentices in high-volume contexts.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and interview techniques.

Responsabilités

• Support building a talent pipeline aligned with business strategy.
• Manage talent pool and collaborate with managers and HRBPs.
• Recruit talents up to permanent contracts from Campus programs.
