We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Designer to join our GKA team. The position will play a pivotal role in primarily supporting the Sales Operations by providing essential assistance, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving data-driven decision-making. This position requires a deep understanding of our company, knowledge of microelectronics, supply chain dynamics, and the ability to work autonomously in analytics and KPI monitoring. Additionally, scripting and programming skills may be necessary to support Sales, Marketing, and Operations teamseffectively. The role will interface with corporate organizations namely DTIT, GSM, CSC etc so the experience in this area is a required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Company Knowledge:

· Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and strategic objectives.

· Serve as a knowledgeable resource on the company's history, culture, and mission.

2. Supply Chain Expertise:

· Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product availability.

· Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions.

3. Analytics and KPI Monitoring:

· Independently develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to track sales and marketing KPIs.

· Provide regular reports and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

4. Scripting and Programming:

· Utilize scripting and programming skills to automate tasks, analyze data, and support both Sales and Marketing teams and Customer Service Representatives.

5. Semiconductor Concepts:

· Possess a deep understanding of semiconductor concepts and technology trends.

· Serve as a liaison between divisions, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the accurate sharing of information.

Profile

· Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Semiconductors).

· Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications, data analysis tools, and technical troubleshooting.

· Experienced within the company, demonstrating knowledge of company-specific processes and operations.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding practical solutions.

· Flexibility and a readiness to acquire new technologies and adapt to changing business environments as required.
