The position
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will actively participate in the company's business development. In this role, you could become one of our future Business Managers and contribute to company''s growth!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the deployment of targeted sales actions
- Understanding customer needs
- Prospecting for new clients within a defined area
- Responding to Calls for Tenders
- Managing, developing and retaining a client portfolio
- Recruit company's future talent by actively participating in the entire recruitment process
- Manage your team of Consulting Engineers (management, monitoring of missions and careers)
Required Skills / Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT services business engineering, ideally 2 years.
- Aptitude for technology : dual-skill profiles in engineering and business are highly valued (IPSA, ECE, ESILV…).
- French nationality required (defense sector → eligible).
- Interpersonal skills, resilience, sense of ethics, stability in career path.
- Fluent English (demanding clients).
- Successful experience working with major accounts.
- First experience in management = a real plus.
- You enjoy challenges and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are independent, rigorous and organized and have a real entrepreneurial spirit.
- You must be fluent in both French and English.
Candidate
Qualifications :
- You have a higher education degree from an Engineering School with a specialization in Business Engineering for example or a Business School, and you have at least one year of sales experience focused on headhunting in an IT services company.
