What we do?

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager / Director in France ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?

Strategic planning: develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth. Actively contribute to business development strategies to achieve company objectives.

Client acquisition: lead efforts in acquiring new clients. Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.

Revenue generation: meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and leading negotiations from start to finish.

Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams, including product development, legal & compliance, finance and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Market analysis: stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities.

Skills you should have

5+ years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector is a must. In particular you need to bring experience from selling BaaS or lending solutions.

Strong understanding of lending, financial markets & products and industry regulation.

Local knowledge of the Italian, French, Spanish or DACH market is a clear added value.

Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in an international context.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.

Ability to communicate fluently in English.
