To accelerate this momentum, they’re hiring an Agency Development Director to lead growth across France and Southern Europe. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape strategy in one of Europe’s most competitive media markets and build long‑term, high‑value relationships with global holding groups and major brands.

In this role, you’ll act as a consultative partner to senior agency stakeholders across programmatic, data, analytics, and investment. You’ll guide go‑to‑market strategies, support RFIs, foster pipeline opportunities, and lead complex negotiations across self‑serve and enterprise engagements. You’ll also represent the business at key industry events while working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to meet regional revenue goals.

You’ll bring strong ad tech and data sales experience, ideally across DSPs, DMPs, DAAS or SAAS platforms, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in multi‑market roles. Deep knowledge of the European agency landscape, excellent communication skills, and fluency in French are essential. A growth mindset, strategic curiosity, and comfort operating remotely will help you thrive.
