Missions
  • Collect and check data for th BG H2-Power in different HR domains (Learning, Controlling, Talent)
  • Support the H2-Power sites in the HR processes and collection of data
  • Support the H2-Power sites in the use of the HRIS & LMS tools
Activities
  • Collect and check data for th BG H2-Power in different HR domains (Learning, Controlling, Talent)
  • Ensure consistency in the workforce follow-up
  • Maintain contact with the regional and local HR Communities and ensure support for the use of the tool(s)
  • Build consistency check tools between the source of data
  • Ensure regular checks on data accuracy and consistency, especially during closure and reporting periods.
  • Support the HR Communities in the curative and preventive actions for non-consistency
  • For any request from Finance teams, extract data from the HRIS tools
  • Ensure spot checks between workforce reports and evolutions, in particular before campaign closure
  • Collect the H2-Power HR monthly KPIs
Support H2-Power Business Group HR Processes
  • Support the deployment of the key HR processes : performance and development reviews, learning campaigns
  • Support the Talent Development Manager for the follow-up of completion rate
  • Support the launch learning campaigns and e-learning modules
  • Ensure follow-up of mandatory learning campaigns .
  • Participate to HR projects : engagement survey, equity & inclusion initiatives, ....
  • Accompany the H2-Power University creation: work in collaboration with different functions in order to offer a training offer adapted to our business
Support H2-Power Business Group HR Processes
  • Ensure training of HR Community for the use of HRIS & Learning Management System tools. Ensure quality of data in the systems
  • Ensure link with the HRIS team at Group level in the frame of the ticketing service
  • Point of contact for the HR network tools
Propose and build dashboards for follow-up of H2-Power KPIs
  • Build dashboards for HR KPIs for business and RSE purposes
  • Coordinate action plans for achieving H2-Power objectives in terms of Youth Employment
  • Support analysis of Diversity KPIs in order to elaborate action plans
Ensure administrative support for HR related topics
  • Create Purchasing requests for HR related products or services & ensure reception in SAP tool
  • Check partner invoices (Business France, …) to allow validation
  • Support local community for HR related topics in his/her field of competence
