Responsibilities

Your main missions will be :

• To prospect in your exclusive area to sell new properties.
• To carry out estimates or value opinions of properties.
• To propose tailor-made solutions to customers.
• To negotiate and supervise the entire transaction process up to the signing of the notarial deed.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French is essential. Preferably trilingual with German highly appreciated.
• Proven experience in real estate, sales and / or the luxury industry.
• Accustomed to working with an international and demanding clientele.
• Microsoft Office
