Job Description

BALENCIAGA - Stagiaire Assistant Coordination de Collection Bijoux & Lunettes – September 2025 (F/H)

Your opportunity

As an Assistant Collection Coordinator for Jewelry & Eyewear, you will support the collection coordinator daily, from Brief to Normalization, assisting in various stages of collection development.

Your contribution

Development Follow-up:

• Update all collection materials regularly
• Assist in preparing meetings with the Artistic Direction and in organizing show looks and their packing
• Follow-up on seasonal and commercial launches

Project Management:

• Communicate continuously with internal teams (LG, Shoes, RTW, etc.) and external partners (Legal, Visual Identity, etc.) regarding collection development
• Coordinate and share information between the Jewelry & Eyewear studio and development teams in Italy

Normalization:

• Organize wear tests
• Prepare and manage normalization meetings with design, development, and production teams
• Follow-up on all masters

Operational Support:

• Manage receptions, shipments, and deliveries of prototypes
• Coordinate internal shoots
• Assist in showroom preparation and workspace maintenance

Who you are:

• Enrolled in a university, business school, or fashion school
• Highly organized and product-focused
• Persistent, curious, and helpful
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
• Previous experience in fashion is appreciated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is a plus
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Available for a 6-month paid internship
