The Role

We are looking for a B2B Sales Lead to accelerate The Nutriment Company’s commercial growth in France. In this role, you will take ownership of developing relationships with key retail, grocery, and pet specialty customers. Working cross-functionally with production, logistics, and finance, you will design and deliver tailored commercial solutions that meet customer needs while driving our strategic growth objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key B2B customers, including grocery, pet specialty, and garden retail chains.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contracting, implementation, and account growth.
  • Analyze client needs and propose solutions across product formats, volumes, logistics, and packaging.
  • Monitor and report on key sales performance indicators (revenue, margin, retention, conversion rates).
  • Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure delivery feasibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to The Nutriment Company’s broader commercial strategy.
Your profile

With a proven track record in key account sales and a passion for building long-term partnerships, you will help strengthen our market position and deliver sustainable growth.

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the food manufacturing or frozen / chilled products industry
  • Proven track record in key account development in retail
  • Strong understanding of the food industry, cold chain logistics, and relevant quality and safety standards
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to analyze sales and profitability data and build forecasts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • You are a native French speaker. You have a professional level of English. Additional European language is a plus (Dutch, Italian, etc.)
