An international tech-driven company is seeking a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Spanish and experience in cold calling. This hybrid position offers a full-time contract with competitive salary and bonuses as well as relocation support. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline. Ideal candidates should have a strong results-driven mindset and a minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or digital advertising.

Prestations

Gross monthly salary: 3,300 BGN
Quarterly performance bonus up to 2,000 BGN
Relocation support including accommodation assistance
Possibility of first salary advance if needed

Qualifications

  • Native-level Spanish, mandatory.
  • Fluent English.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience.
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable.

B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Spanish & English) – Hybrid | Sofia


We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Spanish and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team based in Sofia.


This is a full-time hybrid position (office + remote) in a dynamic digital advertising environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support.


Your Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads

  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions

  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets


Requirements


  • Native-level Spanish (mandatory)

  • Fluent English

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience

  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable

  • Strong communication skills and results-driven mindset

  • Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
