Associate Regional Key Account Manager (Bali)

Lead and manage sales operations within a designated area for modern trade channels and trade marketing executions, as well as oversee distributor performance. The role aims to ensure effective execution of sales strategies, achievement of business performance, and development of customer relationships. This position is a contract-based employee.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  2. Monitor sales performance across modern trade outlets, minimarkets, and distributors.
  3. Identify growth opportunities and implement local trade marketing activities.
  4. In-Store Executions – Modern Trade & Minimarkets
  5. Develop strong relationships with key accounts in local modern trade and regional minimarkets, including regular reviews with key customers.
  6. Negotiate with store managers, Area Managers, DC Managers, and buyers to secure visibility, promotions, and secondary placements.
  7. In-Store Execution & Visibility: Ensure planogram compliance, product availability, pricing strategies, use of point-of-sale materials, and monitor competitor activity.
  8. Manage distributor performance and operations.
  9. Conduct regular performance reviews with the head office team.
  10. Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives, distributors, area coordinators, and merchandisers.
  11. Set clear targets and KPIs, ensuring execution excellence in the field.
  12. Conduct joint working sessions, performance reviews, and training.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales within the FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Channels: Proven experience managing Local Modern Trade, Minimarkets, and Distributors.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Others: Willingness to travel frequently within the area.
