YOUR MISSION:

Contribute to the logistics performance and day to day delivery specialized in a specific logistics process and/or system. Manage diverse tools/systems, might integrate supervision and/or planning of others activity, this level requires capabilities to analyse situations and manage solutions.

• Execute planning activities within a defined framework/system in a low complexity supply chain, primarily affecting the own organization/unit.
• Conduct supplier management activities to support others or fulfill role requirements.
• Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats, working independently.
• Interpret data and identify possible solutions, navigating various processes, procedures, and precedents.
• Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes, implementing corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Review existing operations in the area of work, generating new ideas to identify continuous improvements.
• Develop knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure adherence to standards, obtaining authorization for any exceptions.
• Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
• Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues and improving processes.
• Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates to achieve expectations within established timelines.
• Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
• Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
• Possess short-cycle tertiary education and sound experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
• Demonstrate basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
