The Management Department is hiring an Assistant / Associate Professor (tenure track) based on our Paris campus, starting September 2026.

The Role

The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate:

Candidates who have not yet published in international journals, but plan to do so, will also be valued. The publication trajectory should reflect both academic excellence and a capacity to generate significant impact within local and European economic spheres. Active involvement in dissemination and outreach activities (e.g., conferences, interviews, media contributions); prior visibility in the media would be strongly valued.

  • Excellent command of English (our operational language). French is highly advantageous on a daily basis (i.e. for teaching activity) as this role will be Paris-based.
  • A solid grounding in the social sciences, consistent with ESCP’s intellectual tradition. This underpins the School’s identity and visibility in academic and public arenas.
