A leading engineering firm in Villeurbanne is seeking a System Engineer to assist in the system engineering for the TELLI project. The role requires a Bac +5 degree in electrical or electronic engineering, proven experience in the railway sector, and proficiency in SIMPACK. Description du poste

Thelesys, to support the development of our rail activities in Lyon, is opening a new permanent position! Your primary mission will be to assist a demanding client in system engineering, from the start of the study and architecture phases of the project (a new and innovative product: APM). You will be involved in a consortium working on the modernization of regional trains (TELLI project). As part of a small team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Modeling the system dynamics of the train's ground connection.
2. Functionally modeling the system.
3. Deriving functional specifications of the system.
4. Refining functional requirements into business specifications (including electrical/electronic architecture needs and inter-disciplinary interface specifications) for system development and testing (traction chain: equivalent SIL 2).

We are looking for candidates with a Bac +5 degree in electrical or electronic engineering, with proven experience in the railway sector, particularly in system engineering on rolling stock. Proficiency in SIMPACK is essential.
