Infra Site Supervisor
The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site in coordination with the Works Supervisor and various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and commitments.
Core Responsibilities
- Team management
- Complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff, and sub-contractors, verifying authorizations (French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving - CACES).
- Present the building site, its challenges, risks, and the construction works to be completed to employees.
- Organize and plan team missions based on site requirements and progress.
- Support team professionalization and upskilling; manage HR processes within their scope.
- Encourage professional best practices and govern improper conduct.
Building site preparation and installation
- Ensure availability and consistency of all administrative documentation (authorizations, installation plans, drawings, etc.).
- Define and review construction works, acknowledging plans and documentation through site visits.
- Establish construction schedules and operating procedures with the Works Supervisor, covering technical decisions, safety, resources, teams, and environmental and quality plans.
- Communicate procedures and documentation to teams, ensuring understanding.
- Ensure necessary equipment and materials are available, managing supplies in coordination with the Works Controller.
- Implement signage, security devices, prepare access roads, storage, and living quarters if needed.
- Supervise acceptance, storage, and compliance of supplies.
Monitoring of the building site’s construction
- Supervise setup and progress of construction, outlining challenges and dividing work into tasks.
- Monitor schedule progress and perform technical checks, making corrections with the Works Supervisor as needed.
- Monitor consumption, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Draft and communicate site reports.
- Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition.
Building site handover
- Ensure successful completion of work parts and full completion of construction, organizing site withdrawal.
- Participate in construction handover and collect elements for as-built drawings.
Quality, Prevention, Security, Environment
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report on construction progress and issues to management.
- Maintain quality and security within planned timelines.
- Ensure services' quality before site departure and manage weekly security activities.
- Manage environmental constraints and measures.

Job Requirements
- Significant experience as a Team Leader.
- Required authorizations depending on the specific role, including safety and technical certifications.
Reporting line: Works Supervisor. Internal relations include engineering consultants, support departments, and trades. External relations include subcontractors, clients, suppliers, residents, and service providers.
