Vous serez chargé(e) d'analyser les KPI du Credit Management et d'optimiser le processus de recouvrement. Ce poste requiert une formation Bac+2 à Bac+4 en comptabilité ou finance. VOTRE FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

Dans ce contexte dynamique, vous aurez l'opportunité de rejoindre le département GO Finance au sein de Commercial Finance.

Sous la supervision du Credit Manager, vos missions seront à la fois enrichissantes et variées :

• Analysez et suivez les KPI du Credit Management, tout en participant à la création d'outils innovants pour le suivi et l'analyse des créances.
• Proposez des améliorations pour optimiser le processus de recouvrement et réduire les délais de paiement.
• Gérez les litiges clients avec efficacité et diligence.
• Faites également office de back-up pour le Chargé Administratif : gérez la Boîte aux Lettres (BAL) en répondant aux demandes des clients et en vous occupant des bons de commande.

Votre rôle sera essentiel pour garantir une communication fluide et efficace, tout en veillant à ce que chaque demande soit traitée avec soin et rapidité.
