A leading research institution in France is hiring a Research Engineer focused on AI-Driven Modeling & Simulation for RISC-V Platforms. This role involves designing AI techniques for hardware model generation, optimizing RISC-V architectures, and collaborating with academia and industry. Ideal candidates should have a PhD or Master's degree in relevant fields, excellent programming skills in C/C++ and Python, and a strong interest in applying AI/ML technologies. Qualifications

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field.
  • Experience or strong interest in applying AI/ML to hardware modeling.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.

Responsabilités

  • Design and implement innovative AI/ML techniques for generating HW models.
  • Extend QEMU-based frameworks with AI-generated models for performance assessment.
  • Benchmark and optimize proposed solutions for high-accuracy simulation.
  • Collaborate with industrial and academic partners in projects.
  • Contribute to the lab's scientific roadmap and publish in conferences.
  • Represent the team at international events and workshops.
