Administrative and Logistics Security Specialist Manager (ALSSM) (S)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing the performance of all ALSS, LS, and Security Program Assistant (SPA) personnel assigned on the TO.
- Ensure all ALSSs execute their responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee timely delivery of support materials such as property, supplies, and equipment.
- Perform managerial logistical functions, including report generation.
- Maintain property, maintenance, and operational records.
- Manage supply, receiving, marking, warehousing, and storage efforts as defined in WPS III IDIQ, Section C.
- Administer a comprehensive administrative program supporting TO operations, including payroll and time sheet management.
- Ensure proper documentation and customs procedures for shipments and receipt of equipment and materials.
- Maintain accountability of equipment and supplies through a computerized system.
- Coordinate with the Contractor's corporate office on business transactions under the WPS III contract.
- Ensure procurement and payment adhere to Department regulations.
- Support personnel movement coordination, excluding travel arrangements.
- Act as liaison with host-government agencies for visas, customs, and authorizations.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, memos, and summaries for submission to DS/RSO.
- Additional duties may include vehicle oversight, procurement, and maintenance scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen/TCN/LN as specified in the TO.
- Level 3 English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain management or Certified Professional Property Administrator certification.
- At least six years of experience in administrative and logistical support management, with three years in property management and two years in overseas procurement and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Completion of relevant supervisory and NPSS training courses.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances and access to ILMS systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as required.
