A leading health technology company in Paris is looking for an experienced ACI Design Leader to provide creative leadership and strategic direction. You will supervise cross-functional teams, develop strategic plans, and gain insights to improve product experiences. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in User Experience design and a deep understanding of clinical workflows. This role requires strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, as well as a background in regulated med-tech environments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years with Master's in User Experience Design.
  • Experience leading customer and clinical research.
  • Experience in UI/UX Design and data analysis.

The Acute Care Informatics (ACI) Design Leader is responsible for providing creative leadership, supervising cross-functional experience strategy, delivering design thought leadership, directing a diverse creative team, establishing domain expertise, partnering with senior leaders, and developing short and long-term visions and plans. This role leads to efforts to gain customer and user insights that inform customers of experience and product experience improvements and investments.

The role partners with senior leaders, establishing strategic plans to achieve business outcomes. You will develop short and long-term visions, translating them into strategic plans and guiding design teams in delivering exceptional experiences that meet business objectives.

Your role:
Market Intelligence, Clinical Insight & Product Enablement
  • Experience leading customer and clinical research and translating insights into actionable guidance for product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare environments, particularly in digital or data-driven contexts.
End-to-End Development & Regulatory Rigor
  • Proven experience in regulated med-tech environments, including design controls and human factors/usability validation.
  • Leadership across the full development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through validation and regulatory readiness.
Interoperability, Systems & AI-Enabled Design
  • Experience designing interoperable systems or platforms, with strong systems-thinking capability.
  • Exposure to AI- or data-driven products, including human-centered considerations such as trust and transparency.
Customer Engagement, Facilitation & Co-Creation
  • Advanced facilitation and co-creation skills with clinicians, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate insights clearly to drive alignment and decisions.
Global Design Leadership & Influence
  • Experience leading globally distributed design teams, maintaining engagement and alignment across borders.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align design efforts with product and business strategy.
You're the right fit if:
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in (UX) Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as User Experience (UX) Design, Information Architecture, User Research, Product Design, Usability Testing or equivalent.
  • Market Research & Analysis experience
  • Experience in UI/UX Design
  • Formative/Sumative/Expert Review Validation
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation
  • Stakeholder Management

This is an office-based role. You will work from our Paris office.
