A leading insurtech company in Paris is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will ensure strong relationships with distribution partners and coordinate internal performance. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in Account Management or Business Development within insurance and speaks fluent French and English.

As an Account Manager , your mission is to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring strong and profitable long‑term relationships with our distribution partners. You’ll act as the central point of contact for internal coordination, commercial performance, and partner satisfaction.
A Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Insurance, or related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the insurance sector.
Excellent commercial acumen and ability to manage complex multi‑stakeholder projects.
Proven experience in client relationship management , negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Advanced use of CRM and digital tools , with a data‑driven mindset.
Mandatory fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
A strategic and analytical thinker with a commercial mindset.
Customer‑oriented with a natural ability to build trust.
Autonomous, structured, and proactive.
Motivated by performance and impact.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
