A rapidly scaling InsurTech organization is seeking an Account Executive based in Paris to lead new business development across EMEA. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting Midmarket & Enterprise segments in Italy, Spain, or German-speaking countries. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of B2B sales experience, is fluent in English, and possesses a hunter mentality. This role offers a competitive package and opportunities for growth within a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech/SaaS, preferably in insurance.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, scale-up contexts.

About the Role

A rapidly scaling InsurTech organisation is seeking an Account Executive to lead new business development across EMEA. Based in Paris (1 day remote), you will focus on building and closing high-value deals in a dynamic, international setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop and close new logos across EMEA, targeting Midmarket & Enterprise segments in Italy and / or Spain or Germany + English speaking countries.
  • Manage full sales cycle: pipeline building, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing.
  • Influence C-level stakeholders and craft compelling value propositions tailored to complex customer needs.
  • Support growth strategy.
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech / SaaS. Insurance-related environment is a plus.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals, hunter mindset, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language (German / Italian / Spanish); conversational French.
  • Experienced with CRM tools and structured sales process.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, scale-up context.
Salary
  • Base 55-65K , total package around 100K.
