Main responsibilities

1. Provide technical and people leadership and guidance for engineering and agile teams
2. Develop high-performance, highly available & scalable applications with a micro-services architecture and an understanding of observability
3. Add to existing services or roll out new services to support organizational needs
4. Participate in defining new product requirements and collaborate with the product team on design
5. Build the team from the ground up, in collaboration with other Accelerators. Create a positive work environment
6. Be a driving part of the M&S Accelerator leadership team
7. Adopt a "you build it, you run it" mindset
8. While not expected to write code regularly, stay close to the technical work to guide teams effectively

About you

You should have significant experience in leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, technology-driven environments, preferably in manufacturing or product development, and experience in:

1. Evaluating performance, setting objectives, and providing actionable feedback
2. Scaling systems sustainably through automation and influencing reliability and velocity improvements
3. Conducting sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Fluent in English and French
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive stakeholders
3. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to overcome challenges in complex environments
4. MS in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent

We have a diverse tech stack and are open to exploring new technologies, especially within a microservices approach.

2. Key AWS services: Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS, and more, with a focus on serverless architectures
3. Frontends: React.js
