Description du poste
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Academic Leadership

Define and drive the academic vision, mission, and long-term roadmap in alignment with the Cambridge International Education framework.

Act as the academic ambassador of the institution in international education forums, fostering collaborations with global academic bodies and partner institutions.

Represent the institution before accrediting and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with all Cambridge and international education standards.

Establish strategic academic goals, policies, and quality benchmarks to ensure institutional excellence and recognition.

2. Academic Oversight

Supervise the design, development, and implementation of the Cambridge-aligned curriculum across all grades.

Ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment, incorporating innovative pedagogies and digital learning tools.

Lead academic audits, teacher appraisals, and student performance reviews, ensuring data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Monitor and enhance academic outcomes through effective curriculum evaluation, benchmarking, and instructional leadership.

3. Teacher Development

Lead the capacity building and training of faculty on Cambridge methodologies, assessment practices, and global educational best practices.

Ensure that all teaching staff undergo regular Cambridge-endorsed certifications and pedagogical workshops as per institutional requirements.

Design and oversee a structured professional development calendar focused on continuous improvement and competency enhancement.

Introduce faculty exchange and international immersion programs to strengthen cross-cultural teaching perspectives.

4. Collaborative Leadership

Collaborate closely with the Principal on all academic initiatives to ensure alignment with overall school goals.

Co-lead the preparation of the annual academic and extracurricular calendar, ensuring academic rigour is balanced with holistic development.

Coordinate with department heads, coordinators, and Principal to promote academic consistency and excellence across the campus.
