Job Description: The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Representative associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and focuses on driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales goals.

Availability

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Disponibilités

Ce poste étant en temps partiel, les horaires varieront chaque semaine avec un minimum de 20 à 25 heures par semaine. Une disponibilité est requise le week-end (samedi et dimanche) ainsi que pendant certains jours fériés. En période de forte activité, les horaires peuvent être augmentés pour soutenir les besoins du magasin.
