Key Responsibilities

• Ecommerce Platform Management : Optimize Shopify & WordPress, improve website speed, and ensure seamless integrations.
• Sales Growth & Strategy : Plan promotions, pricing, and seasonal campaigns to boost conversions.
• Data & Performance Analytics : Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, P&L), run A / B tests, and perform competitor analysis.
• SEO & CRO Optimization : Implement SEO best practices, enhance UX / UI, and increase conversion rates.
• Stock & Catalog Management : Maintain real-time stock updates and automate restocking processes.
• Technical Integrations & Automation : Manage AI tools, API integrations, and chatbots to improve efficiency.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with marketing, IT, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
• External Partnerships : Coordinate with agencies and tech providers for web development, marketing, and analytics.

What We Are Looking For

• A proactive, analytical e-commerce professional with experience managing Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of product catalog management, stock control, pricing strategies, and digital sales.
• Expertise in SEO, website performance, and CRO strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and pricing tools like NetRivals.
• Basic technical skills in HTML / CSS, API integrations, and workflow automation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment, eager to learn, and has a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
