We are looking for a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery in Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role involves strategically managing over 700 people, focusing on scaling the business, shaping delivery strategies, and aligning with company goals. Responsibilities include supervising engineering teams, performance and financial management, contributing to sales and account growth, and reporting to the C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).
Responsibilities:
Lead Delivery Organization:
- Lead directors to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Implement best practices and improve efficiency and quality
- Adopt new technologies and tools to foster innovation
- Promote a collaborative and innovative culture
Client Partnership and Business Development:
- Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their business goals
- Maintain strong client relationships for project success
- Support pre-sales activities and sales efforts
- Work with sales and marketing on segment strategies
Technology Innovation:
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies
- Develop innovation strategies aligned with business goals
- Stay updated with software engineering trends
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within large companies
- Experience managing 700+ engineers with proven results
- Strong program management and Agile expertise
- Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices
- Understanding of Digital business and IT trends
- Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial skills
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of large IT outsourcing organizations
- Experience in business development and presale management
- Financial management and P&L experience
- Master's or PhD in relevant engineering fields; MBA or similar is a plus
- Fluent English communication skills
