Este rol es clave para dirigir un equipo de más de 700 personas, desarrollar estrategias de entrega y colaborar con clientes en proyectos innovadores. Se busca un profesional experimentado con fuerte liderazgo, conocimientos en outsourcing de TI, y un enfoque estratégico hacia el desarrollo comercial.

Formación

• Más de 10 años en Ingeniería de Software y Outsourcing en una gran empresa de outsourcing.
• Experiencia en la gestión de organizaciones de ingeniería de más de 700 personas.
• Fuertes habilidades en gestión financiera y P&L.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir la organización de entrega y equipos de trabajo.
• Colaborar con clientes para desarrollar soluciones innovadoras.
• Identificar y evaluar tecnologías emergentes.

Conocimientos

In connection with business expansion, we are strengthening our delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery in Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically manages over 700 people, focusing on scaling the business. The primary focus is shaping delivery strategy and contributing to overall company strategy. Responsibilities include supervising engineering teams, performance and financial management, sales contribution, presales, and account growth. The role reports to the Chief Delivery Officer.

Responsibilities:

Lead Delivery Organization:

• Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality services
• Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality
• Explore and adopt new technologies to drive innovation
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

Partner with clients and support business development:

• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and develop solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Support top-priority pre-sales activities
• Work with sales and marketing to develop segment strategies

Stay at the forefront of technology innovation:

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies
• Develop and execute an innovation strategy
• Stay updated with industry trends

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing, in a large outsourcing company
• Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ people
• Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile experience
• Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices
• Understanding of Digital business and IT landscape
• Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial skills
• Strategic planning and execution skills
• Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented
• Knowledge of large IT outsourcing organization structures
• Experience in business development and presales management
• Financial management skills, P&L experience
• Master's or PhD in relevant engineering fields; MBA or similar is a plus
• Fluent English skills
