A dynamic cybersecurity startup is seeking a dedicated technical co-founder to lead the engineering efforts and shape the product architecture from the ground up. This challenging role requires extensive experience in backend engineering, system architecture, and team leadership, particularly within AI and cybersecurity domains. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO in a hybrid role based in Madrid, as the company strives to make a significant impact in the cybersecurity landscape across Europe.

Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in tech leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of OAuth, API keys, and identity flows.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Responsabilités
- Own the entire technical architecture across identity and AI systems.
- Design and implement the identity model and enforcement layers.
- Lead engineering execution and build core services.
