Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid ECI, reporting to the Store Manager.

Your Opportunity

To elevate the in-store customer experience with flawless service that dazzles. You will seek out and leverage opportunities to enhance sales and foster growth.

How You Will Contribute

• Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
• Understand current products, trends, and collections, ensuring customers are informed
• Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation
• Handle customer complaints, seek assistance when necessary, and ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Stay updated on customer requirements and operating procedures
• Be aware of daily sales targets and performance, using appropriate sales techniques to meet them
• Understand and adhere to all procedures and policies
• Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards
• Follow security and health & safety regulations
• Open and close the store as needed, following security protocols
• Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role as necessary

Who You Are

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in a face-to-face customer service role
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a shared goal
• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
