A luxury fashion brand in Madrid seeks candidates for a part-time position focused on enhancing the customer experience and managing inventory. The ideal profile involves strong communication in both Spanish and English, alongside back-office and stock management skills. Emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving is essential. Formación

  • Manage merchandise flow between storage and the shop floor.

Own the flow of merchandise between storage and the shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of product.

Strive to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times.

Good handling of numbers, back‑office skills and inventory/stock management.

Guide all stock activities: Inventory, organization, control, audits, etc.

Report any issues to Manager and take necessary steps to resolve.

Partner with store management to form a cohesive team focused on regular communication and propose remedial measures where necessary.

  • Additional languages are advantageous.

Part‑time 20 hours / week, directed towards people with disabilities.
