How to WOW.

• Speak with existing Dutch-speaking customers over the phone – no cold calls, just warm, engaged conversations

• Convert customer orders to our home brand products where they’re the perfect fit

• Spot upselling opportunities – from bigger packs of cartridges to extra paper bundles

• Process orders in the 123inkt order management system (easy to learn!)

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and happy customers

• Native Dutch speaker with clear, friendly communication skills

• Enjoys talking to people and building trust quickly

• Proactive and sales-minded

• Able to work accurately while juggling multiple orders, products, and details

• Sales experience is a plus, but if you’re motivated and eager to learn, we’ll train you
