Job summary
A leading cybersecurity company seeks an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Barcelona to build and maintain relationships with large enterprise customers. Responsibilities include ensuring successful product implementation and tracking customer success metrics. The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with cloud technologies, and a background in customer success or account management. Qualifications
- 3 years in Customer Success, Sales Engineer, Account Management, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers at an Executive level.
Responsibilities
- Establish trusted adviser relationships with customers.
- Conduct Quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor customer support tickets to ensure SLAs are met.
- Track product adoption to ensure retention rates.
