What We’re Looking For (AKA: You, the Rockstar Teacher We Need!)

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Elementary Education or a related field).
• At least 3 years of experience working with students.
• A mentor, not just a teacher—you believe in coaching, guiding, and inspiring.
• Tech-savvy & excited about AI—we blend innovation with traditional learning.Our 2.5-hour Core Academics Learning Model uses AI-driven tools for personalized education.
• A creative problem-solver—because learning should never be one-size-fits-all.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with inquiry-based learning (aka, making education exciting).
• Coaching or mentoring experience.
• A background in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or progressive education models.
