You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, and your main mission will be to provide a high quality service to our customers in Netherlands, assisting them in the management of their vehicle fleets.
- Preparation of quotations.
- Contrasting the quotes provided by customers in their enquiries.
- Consultation of references and repair times in the different computer tools available.
- Mechanical advice on enquiries received.
- Checking and recording in the vehicle database (repair history).
- Management of the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
- Communication with the workshops through the available channels to solve possible daily incidents.
- Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
- Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
- Dutch C1/C2 is essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
