• 8+ years of engineering experience, recent LLMs in production.
• Strong Python & PyTorch skills.
• Experience with high-traffic systems / high token throughput.
• Comfortable working with uncensored or creative model alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve the core LLM system (Python / PyTorch).
• Optimise inference, latency & context at massive token volumes.
• Own alignment strategies (SFT, RLHF/DPO).
• Lead by example while mentoring a small senior team.
