A growing real estate company in Marbella seeks a motivated Real Estate Admin / Lead Coordinator. The role involves managing real estate leads, coordinating with brokers, and supporting operations. Ideal candidates have experience in the Costa del Sol real estate market and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This position offers a fixed salary and hybrid work flexibility.

- Manage, verify, and qualify incoming real estate leads.
- Assign leads to brokers based on location and expertise.
- Coordinate with developers and support brokers with administrative tasks.

Sunny Brokers is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated and organized Real Estate Admin / Lead Coordinator to join our growing team.
If you know the Costa del Sol real estate market and enjoy working with clients, new developments, and brokers — this role is for you.
- Manage, verify, and qualify incoming real estate leads
- Assign leads to our connected brokers based on location & expertise
- Follow up with clients interested in new developments & resales
- Support brokers with scheduling, documentation, and CRM updates (HubSpot)
- Coordinate with developers, agents, and partners
- General administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Experience in Costa del Sol real estate (new developments & resales)
- Good understanding of Resales Online, Inmobalia or similar portals
- Strong communication skills (English and Spanish required, Swedish and other languages is a plus)
- Comfortable with digital tools: CRM, property portals and others.
- Own laptop (hybrid work setup)
- Driver’s license + own car
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Fixed monthly salary
- Full-time contract with Seguridad Social
- Hybrid work: office & home flexibility
- Work with a growing real estate brand focused on new developments and verified resales.
