About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Mobile Growth Partner to join our team focusing on Strategic Accounts. In this role, you will help leading app developers and mobile-first companies grow their apps through our ecosystem of products and solutions. If you're passionate about B2B sales, mobile growth, and building long-term client partnerships, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  1. Customer Mapping & Segmentation: Mapping & segmenting accounts based on growth potential, creating long-term account plans focused on maximizing revenue.
  2. Driving Renewals: Together with the dedicated CSMs, securing the recurring revenue and proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
  3. Quarterly Business Reviews: Leading and improving QBRs, focusing on performance metrics and presenting data-driven insights to demonstrate value.
  4. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Create and lead the opportunities/deals.
  5. Revenue Forecasting: Establishing revenue targets for each account and providing regular forecasts.
  6. Negotiation and Contract Management: Leading pricing and contract negotiations.
  7. Performance Tracking: Monitoring account-level revenue metrics and reporting progress.
  8. Relationship Management & Expansion: Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  9. Collaboration with Other Teams: Partnering with CS reps and other teams to leverage insights and drive revenue.
  10. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating revenue risks.
  11. Maximizing Lifetime Value: Focusing on increasing customer lifetime value by encouraging long-term SplitMetrics ecosystem adoption.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in performance media sales or B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the mobile ecosystem.
  2. Strong understanding of how advertisers go to market and measure performance.
  3. A strategic sales mindset with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills – both in person and via video calls.
  5. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. A proactive, professional, and goal-oriented approach.
  7. Comfortable managing day-to-day client relationships and engaging with senior decision-makers.
