- Ability to define product hypotheses using benchmarking or other techniques and test them through experiments.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager across various digital products.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, recognizing the value of occasional in-person meetings at the office.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with outcome-based planning; valuing common sense over frameworks.
- Experience in real estate platforms or marketplaces.
- Ability to conduct user research as needed.
- Proficiency with SQL or alternative analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
What you’ll do:
- Define product strategy with stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor market and competition to inform product decisions.
- Analyze input from users and internal teams to identify opportunities.
- Explore product data directly: create datasets and insights to support decisions.
- Translate user and business needs into clear requirements with UX collaboration.
- Work with developers to prioritize and maintain the backlog for timely delivery of features.
- Monitor product performance and evaluate impact using data.
- Communicate updates regularly to internal teams.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers for consistency across products.
- Lead go-to-market plans with Marketing for product updates or launches.
